THEIR Problem

Outdated custom software with no access to the original source code really needed an update, but a complete rebuild would be cost prohibitive since all staff was accustomed to using the features without thought to how it all tied together.

OUR Solution

The Limelyte team started with reverse engineering support features to determine the structure of the core functions. After exposure to the main features and success with resolving various issues, we suggested a move to life on a cloud server at Amazon Web Services, which enabled their local and UK offices to utilize the same server and functions.

About the project

Leisure Concepts is a world-leader in hot tub spa accessories with offices in Spokane and the UK. Limelyte recently updated their custom CRM for one-quarter the cost of any standard Dynamics install with the added benefit of being completely expandable. This extensive piece of software talks to their accounting software, manages all orders, customers, invoices and pick tickets, calculates shipping, creates management reports, integrates with payment processing, and performs a variety of other specific support tasks for company use. They rely heavily on this software and are happy with the solid response they get from Limelyte.
